Spoiler Alert: A few jokes are made that could be a spoiler for anyone that hasn’t finished watching season 1.

Winter is coming! No seriously, August is almost up, and once September rolls around, fall and winter fashion will be in full swing. What better way to start off our fall/winter fashion coverage, than with some of the coolest new kids to hit Netflix.

This brooding trio knows how to cast spells, fight vengeful demon armies, and protect humanity from impending doom all while putting everyone to shame with their class.

Their classic looks that is.

These aren’t your daddies cloaks

First up, we have the ever beautiful and bad ass Sypha Belnades, with her equally as beautiful Speaker’s cape. Passed down for generations, these threads will never go out of style. With its muted blue color, flowy arms, and silver brooch, it’s hard not to appreciate the elegance of this piece’s simplicity. It heavily resembles the capes showcased by Les Hommes during the 2013 men’s fall runway show.

If dramatic flowy capes aren’t your thing, then this everyday cape from Zara could also do the trick.

No wonder the priests of Gresit were jealous. Just kidding, we all know that they were terrible, terrible, people.

I did appreciate the robes of the town's bishop, however. If looks could kill, I'm sure he wouldn't have a need for that gang of priests anymore. Not exactly similar in style, but still just as stunning, Alexander McQueen’s fall line this year put out a few pieces that reminded me of the bishop.

The gold ensemble made me think of the gold trimming in the bishop’s stole. While the peacock robes resembled the elaborateness of the bishop’s own robes. This last piece by McQueen looked the most like the bishop’s actual outfit, but with a darker twist.

Of course, the one to rock black the best in this series is no other than the vampire king's son himself. Adrian Fahrenheit Tepes, also known by the self-titled Alucard (it's just Dracula backward guys) made a grand appearance on the last episode of this season. After kicking Trevor’s ass and showing off his abdominal muscles on screen for most of his introduction, we don’t get to see his miraculous ensemble till the end of the episode. Which I guess is fitting since the action of putting on a coat means that you're about to go somewhere. With Alucard, this means leaving his labyrinth to protect humanity against his mourning father. The bit of time that we do get to see the Tepes' coat doesn't exactly do it justice. With its almost floor length, gold trimming, military style look, you'd think the animators would want to give it more screen time.

The 2013 Fall Les Hommes line that this coat comes from doesn’t exactly meet the same length as Alucard’s coat, but it’s just as beautifully arranged in its similar military style.

This piece by Zara was another worthy mention, and is closer in style to Adrian’s trench coat, but with an olive twist.

Finally, Trevor the leader of our trio. Unfortunately, I couldn't find much of anything that I deemed even close enough to compare his clothes too. I did, however, think that he looked close to a Mr. Snow character. Who the Belmont also shares a similarly tragic past with.
