Children of Ether a classic in the making?

Children of Ether, a Crunchyroll Original, is a fairly new anime with a plot shrouded in a veil of mystery. Created by Lesean Thomas known for his work on Boondocks, Legend of Kora, and many more notable series we expect this series to be good. Children of Ether follows Rhonda, a sword wielding, ass kicking samurai, navigating her way through hostile dystopian lands.

Driven by her quest to discover her past and the source of her powers she travels the hostile lands to seek the truth. Along her journey, she is met with assassins, thugs, and …… children!

The animation of Children of Ether is superb,which makes the action scenes that much more satisfying. Not to mention the voice acting, which adds another dimension to all the characters, yes, even the children. This short 14 minute episode gave us only a taste of the rich action packed story that lies ahead. Certainly this is one show that will leave us craving more of its unique/refreshing story.
